Back with another fresh batch of dance and electronic records to ease you into the spot Record Store Day week (every day is record store day, right?)
This time I'd like to note that as well as some top picks of 'new-ins' this week, I've also got some pre order picks to throw your way. Everything from Love International's new compilation LP, through to unearthed 1992 progressive house reissues and silky smooth disco 7's.
Let's get right into it.
Â
Arnold Jarvis / DJ Pierre / 95 North - King Street Remixed – Dam Swindle
A classic New York house music label gets three updated remixes for the modern dance floor.
Arnold Jarvis, DJ Pierre, and 95 North all feature on this release, getting the Dam Swindle beef-up whilst retaining that signature East Coast deep groove.Â
Perfect for that bumpin’ groove when your house set needs that underground vibe that also hits hard. Unmissable release.
Manuel Darquart - Dream House Factory Vol. 1
WOLF music knock it out the park with ‘Dream House Factory Vol. 1’ by Manuel Darquart. A tribute to Balearic sounds and Italian house music sounds of the 90’s.Â
This record serves as a toolkit for the DJ who is drawn towards aquatic sounds and euphoric, swung grooves. A1 ‘Per Sognare’ perfectly sums up the vibe with acoustic guitar plucks over thumping kick drums, lightly accented by shimmering synths and era-appropriate samples.Â
‘Big Balearic; takes the energy down a notch or two with its thick, rolling bass and jazzy organ keys. ‘A.C.I.D’ does exactly what it says on the tin. ‘Pammy’s Craft (Azure Version)’ utilise xylophones and more of that beloved plucky bass sound to drive us into Mediterranean territory, and a remix of the latter by Malik Kassim shifts the vibe into more abstract territory. Ultimate DJ summer tackle!

Make A Dance - M.A.D WHITE DUBS
Pure white label business from one of the hottest labels in the game at the minute.
The Make a Dance boys bestow upon us a white label dub record worthy of tearing up the dance floor. Stand out track ‘Me Wanna C U’ is a breakbeat-backed house track with a slick male vocal over the top, giving it that authentic UK underground feel.Â
On the flip, ‘Dub Wise Fashun’ is a steady, rockin’ dub stepper, with enough rhythm to get even the most uptight heads bopping.
As ever with white label-esque releases, expect high demand.Â
Coyote - The Higher The Sky, The Deeper The Ocean
Silky, cerebral, warm downtempo excursions from Coyote in this blissed-out, loved-up EP ‘The Higher The Sky, The Deeper The Ocean’
From the ethereal whispers of ‘Muted Beauty’, to the poetic touch on ‘Go All The Way’, this record is a breath of fresh Balearic air.Â
90’s ambient house enthusiasts will gush over ‘A Drop In The Ocean’ - phwoar, what a vibe. ‘Dolce Far Niente’ trips out over congas and eastern-flecked rhythms, ‘Riviera Sound’ funks it up a little, whilst ‘No Coincidence’ brings back the spoken word for final round-out.
This release has all the charm of a well-loved 90s chill out room and is sure to be a hit in the Summer for all downtempo-leaning DJ sets. Â

Pre order picks - get ahead of the curve in dance vinylÂ
This chapter of Love International's compilation series with Test Pressing is gifted to us via renowned selector Ivan Smagghe.
Â
A true maverick selector, and a bearer of the mantra ‘the style of no style’, Smagghe blesses us with a musical smorgasbord of sonic flavours that will pique the interest of even the most tuned-in, open-eared diggers of left-field dance cuts.
From the beautifully-twisted new wave opener ‘Beautiful People’ by Family of God, we instantly know what we’re in for. From there on its juiced-up, wiggy ambient techno, spacey electronic continental disco, dubbed-out spoken word cuts, Chicago-esque house, warped electro and weirdo electronica pop. Absolute gold dust for the discerning digger and track ID obsessive.
NY’s Finest Do You Feel Me Bassline Records
An essential garage house record gets a rerelease with all the key mixes included.Â
Â
Do You Feel Me is such a staple that it’s become part of the house music vocabulary over the years. In 2026 here it is again. This time in stunning red vinyl and with all the appropriate mixes, bonus beats, and ‘piano pellas' you need.
Â
Malik Kassim aka Retromigration - Choices EP Vol.1Â
WOLF Music can do no wrong these days, and this upcoming release sings the same tune as they’re known for: ballsy, thumping, authentic house music.Â
Malik Kassim AKA Retromigration returns to WOLF Music with four house cuts that traverse slammin’ Jersey-style beats, euphoric hands-in-the-air organs, intricate ‘Lately’ bass-plucking twisters, and electronic deep, techy rollers. Mega release from the WOLF crew and Malik - DJ essential.
Progressive House from 1992 that still rocks the spot today, Tsunami has been getting support from Paula Tape, Make A Dance and Sean OD.
Its spiky, euphoric synth stabs (Part 1) are simply irresistible for the high-chasing, strobe-loving raver. Part 2 picks up on the A1’s vibe and takes it further. On the flip side ‘Full flight’ is an excursion into early digi-dance, whilst ‘Dub Flight’ does what we’d expect with a reduced, focused version featuring an attitude-fuelled vocal sample.Â
Jan Jones - Independent Woman (Parts 1 & 2)
Â
Soul-heads unite! This one is for you. Celestial Echo Records are back with a modern soul classic, courtesy of Jan Jones with ‘Independent Woman’.
Hush-hush vinyl chat, word-of-mouth rumours, and even bootlegged versions, this silky smooth cut by Jan Jones has been on every soul DJ’s wish list for years - and now you can own it in all it’s reissued glory.Â
When Terry Farley, James Holroyd, Francois K, Marcel Vogel, Sean Johnston, Ron Basejam, and Crazy P back a new record, you know it’s got the goods. Fat, analogue acid lines, druggy vocals, and straight-up beats with fog machine effects solidify this record as an after hours weapon for night people.Â
Equipped with an instrumental and a warped ‘Freak Nasty’ club mix featuring an SH-101 bass, this acid debut from Salt Queen is for the clubbing heads.
