Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, return postage costs will only be covered if an error has been made with your order. In any other instance you will be required to cover the cost of return for your item(s).
If you would like to start a return, or have any query regarding returns, you can contact us at question@stickyblacktarmac.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing or undelivered orders
For missing or undelivered goods, we will have to raise a claim with Royal Mail. It can take up to 30 days (90 days for international orders) for them to carry out their investigation, a refund will only be issued if it is concluded the item(s) are missing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in touch at question@stickyblacktarmac.com with what new item you require. Once we have confirmed we have stock available for the new item, please return the item you have, as instructed and we will ship the replacement on receipt.Â
RefundsÂ
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
