Drawing on rave culture, techno, atmospheric electronics and digital psychedelia, the compilation brings together music from projects including Open Spaces, Time Zones, Farfability, Pacific Deliveries and Youth Wave. It documents a fertile period in which home studios, analogue synthesizers, MIDI sequencers and Amiga computers became tools for a distinctly exploratory strain of Italian electronic music.
