Defected Classics Vol. 3 continues Defected's landmark five-volume vinyl celebration of the label's 27-year history. Available exclusively through Proper, this triple-LP collection gathers twelve enduring house records, underground favourites and crossover anthems from across the Defected catalogue, cut at two tracks per side for a loud, club-ready presentation. It also provides a concise route through the label’s history without sacrificing the extended mixes that made these records essential in clubs.

The third instalment opens with Storm Queen's “Look Right Through” in MK's hugely influential Dub III version, a record that went on to become a UK number one and remains instantly recognisable on dancefloors worldwide. Julien Jabre's “Swimming Places” and Bob Sinclar's uplifting “I Feel For You” capture the euphoric side of classic house, while Dennis Ferrer's remix of Nick Curly's “Underground” adds deep, driving energy.

Across the second disc, Spiller and Sophie Ellis-Bextor's “Groovejet (If This Ain't Love)” sits alongside Pirupa's relentless “Party Non Stop”, Jamie Jones' modern anthem “My Paradise” and Reboot's much-loved “Enjoy Music”.
