The Traveling Wilburys - The Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1 (2016 Remaster)

The Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1 is the GRAMMY Award-winning debut from the supergroup of George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan and Roy Orbison. Originally released in 1988, the album brought five distinctive songwriters together in an unusually relaxed collaborative setting, resulting in a record that combines rock, roots music and melodic pop with an effortless ensemble feel.

The album features the enduring singles Handle With Care and End Of The Line, songs that became defining examples of the Wilburys’ chemistry and remain central to the group’s legacy. Rather than sounding like a collection of individual star turns, the record works as a genuine band performance, with shared vocals, interlocking guitars and a warm, informal production style.

This edition uses the 2016 remaster and is pressed on standard black vinyl. A strong catalogue title for fans of George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Jeff Lynne and classic late-1980s rock.
