The Delines - Colfax (Yellow Vinyl)
Colfax is the 2014 debut album from The Delines, reissued here on limited Yellow Vinyl via Decor. The record began as a side project around singer Amy Boone, with songwriter Willy Vlautin writing an entire album for her distinctive voice following their work together around Richmond Fontaine.
Featuring “The Oil Rigs At Night”, the album blends understated Americana, soul and country-inflected songwriting. The original recording also features Jenny Conlee of The Decemberists on keyboards, alongside Amy Boone, Sean Oldham, Freddy Trujillo and Willy Vlautin. This yellow-vinyl reissue is limited to 750 copies.
