RIP Magic - 1,2,3

1,2,3 is the debut album from London four-piece RIP Magic, a shape-shifting rock record built without guitars. Live drums and bass collide with synths, vocals and samples, drawing freely from hip-hop, dub and club music while jumping between outsized, cinematic scenes.

Across twelve tracks the record embraces abrupt transitions, spectacle and playful unpredictability. Songs such as “Stadium Drive”, “Crowd”, “Spit” and “Light Over There” showcase a band using rhythm, electronics and sampling to create a joyful, high-impact sound of their own.
