R.E.M. - The Black Sessions Revealed
The Black Sessions Revealed captures R.E.M. live in Paris on 7 May 2001 in a performance recorded for Radio France. Released as part of the 25th-anniversary celebration of Reveal, this 2LP gatefold set documents the band during the era of “Imitation Of Life” and “All The Way To Reno (You’re Gonna Be A Star)”.
Across 17 tracks, the set combines material from Reveal with established R.E.M. favourites including “Losing My Religion”, “Man On The Moon”, “The One I Love”, “Daysleeper” and “What’s The Frequency, Kenneth?”. It is a substantial live document from the group’s early-2000s period, presented here as a standalone vinyl release.
