Pulp – Live!
Pulp – Live! captures one of Britain's most singular bands at a remarkable point in their story. Recorded during the group's 2025 performances at The O2 in London, the album documents the moment Pulp returned as a fully revitalised creative force, following the release of More, their first studio album in 24 years and a Number 1 record on the Official UK Chart.
The album is closely connected to the Garth Jennings-directed concert film What Do You Do For an Encore?, making Live! the first soundtrack album in the Pulp catalogue. The performances draw together old classics and new favourites, giving longtime fans a vivid snapshot of the band's renewed energy while also introducing newer listeners to the wit, drama and emotional force that made Pulp one of the defining British alternative bands of the 1990s.
The tracklist is packed with landmark songs, including Sorted for E's & Wizz, Disco 2000, This Is Hardcore, Babies, Common People and Do You Remember the First Time?, alongside material from the band's modern era. Jarvis Cocker's description of a concert as an event where songs come back to life gives the album its spirit: this is a live document that feels celebratory, immediate and full of character.
Available as a 2LP vinyl release, including an Indies Only Blue Vinyl edition, Live! is an essential title for Pulp collectors and a strong shop-floor recommendation for fans of Britpop, classic alternative rock and intelligent, theatrical pop music. It is both a statement of fact and an invitation: Pulp are live, and the songs are alive again.
