Nicola Conte - Other Directions
£38.00
Originally licensed to Blue Note in 2004, Other Directions is Nicola Conte's elegant meeting point between classic jazz tradition and bossa nova-inflected European sophistication.
With a rich acoustic line-up and a strong compositional focus, the album draws on 1950s and 1960s jazz, literature and cinema while retaining Conte's distinctive sense of rhythm, atmosphere and arrangement.
