Michael J. Blood - Cause & Effect Vol. 1

After arriving on the scene with a now-legendary NTS broadcast of unheard music, the elusive Michael J. Blood has released sought-after records on Blood Inc. and BodyTronixxx. Rooted in Detroit and Chicago dance music and Manchester club culture, Cause & Effect Vol. 1 collects rare tracks from his early projects. Its hypnotic, soulful grooves bring together house, techno, broken beat and jazz-soaked electronics.
