Michael Hurley, The Unholy Modal Rounders, and Jeffrey Frederick & The Clamtones - Have Moicy!

Have Moicy! is the 1976 collaborative album by Michael Hurley, The Unholy Modal Rounders, and Jeffrey Frederick & The Clamtones, a cult favourite whose playful, off-kilter take on American folk helped shape what later became known as freak folk.

Issued for its 50th anniversary, this Concord edition features new liner notes by Jason P. Woodbury and an all-analogue presentation, with AAA lacquers cut from the original analog tape and vinyl pressed at Fidelity Record Pressing. Across 13 tracks, the record mixes folk, roots music, humour and countercultural spirit in a singular collection that has continued to attract new listeners decades after its original release.
