Maryos Syawish – Qurmami

Maryos Syawish makes his Research Records debut with Qurmami, an introspective full-length built from ambient electronics, dub influence and field recordings captured during a trip to Iraq. Developed over eight years, the album explores memory, place and Syawish’s Chaldean Assyrian heritage.
