JIM - The Curious Case Of Existence

When the first JIM album Love Makes Magic was released in 2023, it grew from an experiment begun during the pandemic and developed into a record spanning Balearic, folktronica, blue-eyed soul and classic songwriting. The Curious Case Of Existence is James Baron’s follow-up, written largely in early 2024 and completed over the following two years.

Several tracks were overseen by veteran producer and musician Eddie Stevens, with contributions from Crazy P drummer Matt Klose and other Nottingham collaborators. The album also features Sleaford Mods’ Jason Williamson on “Chalet Café” and Edie Baron on “Love Over Gold”.
