Gerardo Frisina - Moving Ahead

Moving Ahead gathers the many strands of Gerardo Frisina's sound into a vibrant set spanning Latin jazz, nu-jazz, Afro-Cuban rhythm, dub and electronic music.

Built around hypnotic grooves and expressive live playing, the album features trumpet, saxophone, flute, piano, Fender Rhodes and kora, extending the musical language Frisina has developed across two decades of solo work.
