Chacalon Y La Nueva Crema - Chacalon Y La Nueva Crema
£24.00
This 1981 debut marks Chacalón as a defining figure in Peruvian chicha. Fuzz- and wah-wah-drenched electric guitars meet tropical percussion and elements of huayno, reflecting the music’s working-class stories and the bandleader’s admiration for Cream and Eric Clapton. This reissue preserves the original Discos Horóscopo artwork and includes liner notes by Víctor Zela.
