Ramones - Ramones (Rocktober 2026)

Ramones’ self-titled debut returns for Rocktober 2026 in a special RSD-store-exclusive vinyl edition celebrating the album’s 50th anniversary. Originally released in 1976, Ramones became one of the foundational records of punk rock, introducing the band’s fast, stripped-back sound through songs including Blitzkrieg Bop, Beat on the Brat and Judy Is a Punk.

This anniversary pressing features the 2016 mono remix created by original album producer Craig Leon, offering a focused presentation of the record while retaining the immediacy and economy that made the original such an influential release. The LP is pressed on 140g black vinyl and presented in original-style packaging through Rhino Warner.

Issued as part of Rocktober 2026 and exclusive to RSD stores, this edition is a strong catalogue release for punk collectors, Ramones fans and anyone looking for an anniversary pressing of one of the genre’s essential albums.
